Ganesh - Chief Executive Officer

At the helm of MITA is Ganesh Nand with more than 30 years of medical imaging experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry. He is the founder and CEO of MITA. He’s left an indelible mark on the medical imaging world as a renowned Medical Radiation & Magnetic Resonance Technologist and brings spirit to the team.

Ashneel - VP of HR and Sales

Ashneel currently works as VP of HR and Sales for MITA. He has worked various jobs that have built a repertoire of organizational skills that are required to keep up with the day-to-day operations.

Hem - Chief Operating Officer

Hem is currently the COO of MITA and also in her spare time she is a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Her responsibilities include strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to the day-to-day operations of MITA. Hem also brings invaluable expertise with more than 20 years experience in multiple medical fields.

Akshay - Chief Financial Officer

Akshay currently working as CFO for MITA. He brings a wealth of financial experience and knowledge of financial programs to assist in making MITA run smoothly in it’s day to day operations.

He also has nearly 5 years of Investing and Financial Services with Bank of Montreal and TD Bank Financial Group.

Kushal - VP of Finance and Customer Service

Kushal currently working as VP of Finance and Customer Service for MITA. He manages the company’s contracts with suppliers, vendors, or other external parties. He keeps track of all existing agreements and ensure that these agreements are properly documented.

{I will start from the beginning! I was a veteran Bio Med Lab Tech but an experienced novice at being a Locum/Travel Tech. When I finally started my first contract with MITA I was completing my first year traveling. I was actually on contract for a different agency when I overheard some of my fellow travelers/coworkers speaking about Ganesh & his wife, their company and experiences with working with them. Always looking for an opportunity to embrace; I decided to reach out and test the waters. Within a few days they got back to me and the rest is history.
